Fairfield Home Association Law was written by Exxon and Friendswood development companies.

The original Law (By Law, Deed, and etc) was written by the Exxon Corporation and then by Friendswood Development company in order to protect their property and investment and they will leave the Fairfield community after 2016 because they have no more business interest and the Lennar will be responsible for the law indirectly until the Lennar sells all houses and lands.
