Gray Carol K, our old right neighbor had two bull dogs when we bought the house and gradually increased them to six dogs and sometimes they were barking days and nights. She apologized only once. One of her dogs broke a piece of wooden wall and She did not fix it and she did not want me to fix it either and finally I fixed it from my side. She had to buy a lot metal fences to install them on her right side because of her right neighbor has young kids but there was no metal fence on her left side (my side).
Every time I met her outdoor she did the following comments:
- You need to cut your grass.
- You need to water your grass more.
- You need to trim you tree.
- Do not drop grass fertilizer on the concrete because it becomes yellow.
- and a lot more
Finally I got tired of her after getting a lot of experience knowing Fairfield Village neighbors and I told her I do not like to talk to her anymore.
She sold her house and left and her real state agent told the new owner (a lady) there was no dog in the House. She hired a company to get ride of any trace and smell of the dogs in the house.
I have one very high respect for her, she tried to cut her grass by herself and improve her house outside. (work ethics)
She did not like my plants in the front of the house and complained to the HOA and told me directly that I need to follow the HOA rule. I asked her what is the rule for the plants and She could not answer the question. Since She was the police office for Fairbanks-Cypress ISD she did not asked me questions about nationality, language, religion. work, retirement, and etc because she could get those information by herself through her work system.
Most HOA recommends two dogs per house.
The Fairfield Village does not have any limit law.
I removed my front plants because of the HOA harmony rule.
I wish we had the harmony rule for barking dogs.
I have learned the following things from her:
- Do not do anythings free for anybody.
- Do not ask people to do anything.
- Do not talk to your neighbors.
- Do not answer anybody questions.

- I need to know if her right side neighbor complain about her dogs so she installed temporary metal wall.
