I called the FBI few times to help me during the investigation and it took me three years to get the open record from the Constable office and the case is closed now and thanks a lot to the employees of the District Attorney Texas of Austin for helping me in this case.
Some of these people who worked so hard to accuse me as a terrorist and failed they tell me now that they have nothing to do with this case. There is no transparency and accountability.
The Deputy S. Dennis-04548/Unit #84805 uses the following system directly or indirectly to initiate the criminal investigation against me as a ISIS and a Terrorist:
- First Service Residential. (Griffith Guy, Jennifer Sailor, and Jo Ann Richardson).
- Fairfield Athletic Center Director who is the HOA board member too (Darlene Sedelmyer).
- Constable Department (Deputy S. Denis, Sandra Sanchez, Christian Nicholson, Lance Roger, and Sgt. J. Whitely).
- Harris County Sheriff Office.
- Homeland Security Department (Masimo Pernice and Gregory).
- Joint Crime Information Center.
- JTTF, Joint Terrorism Task Force.
- Texas Department of Public Safety (Desiree Lyles).
- Harris County District Attorney (Sarah Ibrahim).
- Fairfield Village South HOA board members in 2016.
- Law Firm, Holt & Young (Luke Tollett).
- Fairfield Village Resident (Danny Jukes & Kay Beth Jukes).
- Fairfield Village my Old Right Neighbor (Gray Carol K)
- Fairfield Village my Old Left Neighbor (Old Left Neighbor)
Law Firm, Holt & Young sent letter to me twice:
- Trespassing Letter to the Office that I own one share that is a part of Fairfield Athelic Department. (FSR is renting it)
- A letter to shutdown FairfieldCypress.net.
When Mr. S. Denis was not successful in his accusation task against me after three months he told me in the front of FAC he told me that I should focus on Griffith Guy that is main source accusation against me not him. If I did something wrong in rented First Service Office why you were working so hard in the FAC to accuse me of something?
Mr. S. Dennis told one of the FAC employee in the morning that I am a nut and I was sitting on the bench closed to the front desk and listening.
The Constable department is paid about $840,000 by the HOA to do security for the Fairfield Village and do very good job and I like their service a lot.
I have been hurt a lot because of this and sometime I cry because the low humanity has a limit but that is OK and I consider myself one of best engineer in Smart home automation and smart landscaping in the world now.
I asked the HOA what is the rule and I have not received the rule since 2016 and I will be running for the board member of Fairfield Village in the future.
Mr. Griffith Guy does not work for the First Service Residential anymore and was using the FAC exercise equipment illegally and did not want me to go the FAC to see him by accident.
All attorneys (Luke Tollett and Sarah Ibrahim) in this case graduated from the same law school.
Mr. S. Denis, as a human it is your first amendment right to insult me (nut) and be racist against me but it is not good what you have done to me (terrorist accusation) .
Mr. S. Denis Report (Partial Report) “At approximately 0600 hours, 02092016, the suspect came to Station 6 and showed be the trespass letter that he had received from the HOA. He asked if the letter meant that he could not use the Fairfield Athletic Center since it was in the same building as the HOA office. I had been advised by JoAnn Anderson, the HOA Manager, on 02082016, that he was only not allowed to be at the HOA office and he could use the athletic center as long he did not create a disturbance. I explained to the suspect what JoAnn Ansderson had explained to me. He appeared to be satisfied with this and left the station”
