Jo Ann Richardson works for the First Service Residential Inc. and she manages the Fairfield Village Cypress Texas community.
Her office with two employees are the part of the Fairfield Athletic Department that belongs to Fairfield Village residents and must not be used for any business but it is used.
The FirstService Residential Inc rents the office from the Fairfield Village HOA for $2000 per month and it is illegal and unethical.
They do not pay the rent and deduct it from charging the HOA.
Having an office in our FAC is illegal and their method accounting payment is against accounting standard.
She and her coworkers used the constable team who do private security for us at $840,000 per year and their check is signed by FSR.
Their office does not have a business sign and it will be very funny to have one like the constable team who has an office in the church
and this is another story about separation of state and church.
When I planted flowers in the front of my house and i received a violation letter from the FSR.
I removed all plants from front of house and I asked them what is the rule for planting flowers in the front of house.
They used constable team to bully and harass me and accusing me a terrorist.
Since 2016 terrorist accusation I have not worked because I have lived in this country for more than 40+ years and I always followed rules and pay my tax.
Now she does not like me to attend our bi-monthly meeting and she can use our HOA attorney to write me a letter but uses the constable supervisor to monitor
me in the meeting when I asked questions.
I love learning and when I asked her in the meeting why my old neighbor were complaining about me she told me that her co-worker took picture of the front house and did not answer my question.
My old neighbors keep complaining about me to the FSR in 2016 because they were uneducated and racist and sold their house and left. The new neighbors still complain but at least
they are not rascit like previsoue neighbors .
The FSR and the FAC did not want me to use the FAC first but they saw my legal resistance they gave up.
They sent me a letter of trespassing to me and I will be arrested if I go to their office but I had to call constable team so many time because my neighbor family were trespassing my property.
One time, the Constable team supervisor came to my house and told me that I am harassing first and second told me that take it easy on my neighbor.
He called me that I stole the neighbor son baseball glove and the kid found out and apologized and I hug him for honesty.

When I asked Jo Ann Ann Richardson why trespassing my house is different than her office she told me mine is residential and hers is commercial.
We have never talked to each other but she is the manager and she makes decision for the rental office from us (residents of Fairfield Village).

“At approximately 0600 hours, 02092016, suspect suspectcame to Station 6 and showed be the trespass letter that he had received from the HOA. He asked if the letter meant that he could not use the Fairfield Athletic Center since it was in the same building as the HOA office. I had been advised by JoAnn, the HOA Manager, on 02082016, that he was only not allowed to be at the HOA office and he could use the athletic center as long he did not create a disturbance. I explained to suspect what JoAnn had explained to me. He appeared to be satisfied with this and left the station.”
