FirstService Residential Inc & Fairfield Village HOA Board have increased our HOA Fee by 10% or $60 per year in 2021.
HOA does not have a complete budget document that includes predication & actual data at the end
of year for performance & metric comparison.
We have 100+ pictures of public landscaping that look like a third world country.
Our total annual income is $4.5M, $1M goes to FirstService Residential Inc, $880K to constable, & $1.5M to landscaping companies, & etc.
We need a complete transparency system otherwise it would be better to hire Crest Management who has taken managing
Fairfield Village Inwood section from Fairfield Village at end of 2019.
