When Tobin Erp was standing in my new grass in the middle of my property and told me that he will punch my face, Mr John Payne showed up on the sidewalk and told me that he will destroy my face too. I told him please do and you would go to the jail. We did not have any problems directly until last week when Mr Tobin Erp came to our sidewalk and started insulting again and John Payne told me that I am wasting the tax payers money by calling the constable and I told me please ask the HOA if we have contract with the constables.
He told me that I am riding bike on the street so I will be hit by the ball and sue the kids parents.
Is the street public entity or the field of dream (private) for your family?
These people do not understand the basic trespassing, property law and want to harass and bully me so their kids could do whatever they want.
When I were in their kid age I owned my electrical company and doing all house work for my parents. (Work Ethics)
The second family lives with Payne family does not own the house, park her car on the street, and they are mad at me because their kids are afraid of me because I call the police and when I am in outside.
Kimberly Garrett goes and talk to neighbors based about me that it is something wrong with me.
Please and Please educate your kids about basic law of trespassing and property rights.
In June 2021 after not leaving in the house for 8+ months Kimberly Garrett finally sold her house & has taken her problems to another community.
