On April 16, 2017 kids were knocking people houses, then run away, and damaging their properties if they could.
I included two videos with this post of one of the kid who knocked my house door so hard at 4:41 PM and run away and of the kids was hiding behind my car and a girl was a watchdog for all kids in the middle of the street and she was used to knocked the house door last year.
I sent this post to the First Service property management to see what is their solution to this problem since we cannot post a sign a “Private Property” in the front of our houses.
The Cypress Fairfield Village School system and the kids parents needs to educate their kids how to behave correctly in the real world and not destroy the private properties.
This type of behaviors are not acceptable even in the poorest third world country.

If the residents care about the property values they should not allow these type of behavior in the Fairfield Village.
These kids parents have been calling the First Service Residential for me for the different reasons.
They also say to new neighbors that I am not kids oriented. If your were good father you would spend more time with your kids in proper facilities are provided by the HOA in the Fairfield village.
Most of these kids parents came from Louisiana and are at home most of time so time is no excuse for these people not to monitor their kids
