Mr. Tobin Erp did the same things to his previous neighbors that is few miles from the Fairfield Village, throwing balls, bullying, harasssing them outside of the house and have a constable supervisor as their neighbor too. It got so bad they had to sale the house move to the current house.
The neighbor, Tobin B Erp, oldest son played baseball at his backyard and balls came to our backyard. I return the balls to him three times and told him I would never return it any more. I got more balls and I have been hit twice on my back and my wife father (81 years old) was hit once on his shoulder when we were sitting in the porch and enjoy our back yard.
One day I thought the son broke our windows with the ball but he broke his house windows.
One day, the neighbor guest hit my porch roof with the arrow and they were trying to come over wooden fence to get it and I was sitting in the porch. I could not believe to see the arrow on the roof. The neighbor came and knocked the door and talked to me that he owns the property and did not say sorry for his guest action. I return the arrow and told him do not come and knock my door anymore.
We have so many kids who play baseball in the front of our houses and walk into our gross and have no respect for any properties rights and Mr. Tobin Erp came to my property and destroy some of new grass and told me that he will punch my face if I talk to the kids again. Some of these kids do not live in our street.
Some of these kid do not live as our neighbors and come to my property in order to pickup soccer ball, baseball, and etc but one of their mother came and was knocking our door hard with phone camera in her hand and I called the Constable and she never show up again. The mother hyena will leave cubs with male “baby sitters” as she goes out to hunt with the female hyenas. Few parents are so selfish that they do not want to supervise their kids activities but have so much time to complain about that the owners do not have any rights to their private property and say anything to the kids.
Another day, I went outside and took the ball in my front yard and Mr. Tobin Erp came with horn and keep knocking the door and went to backyard and telling me that he will give me hard time when I do landscaping in the front of my house.
I called the Constable Precinct 4 at least five times before and the neighbor ignore the trespassing warning and the last one I pressed criminal trespassing charge because of his aggressive action. (See the Video)
First time, Mr. Roger Lance, the supervisor told me that I am harassing Mr. neighbor, Tobin B Erp and the second time he called me that I stole Mr. Erp young son baseball glove and they found it in next few minutes and the son accepted his mistake and apologized and I hugged him for the honesty. My main problem is trespassing like my trespassing problem with the First Service Residential.
You do not own my property and pay taxes and have no entitlement to come and knock my the door for the balls and insult me. If I did this to you I would be in the jail now.
Mr. Erp said in his comment that he has never had any problems with his neighbors for the last 13 years. It took a while for you to sell your last house and buy the current house and your old neighbors are very happy that you have left because you had a lot problems with them.
I wish the company built a facility for kids to play instead of building so many houses close to each other so they can have balls and noise problems later on.
Your current left neighbor who gave you information about me that I am not kid friendly he apologized Today (dated Nov 20, 2018) about his son knocking my door and ran away. (See the Post and Video) If I go to FirstService Residential office I will be arrested because of trespassing why not you.
On November 24, 2018 I returned the ball to my right neighbor by ringing the door and left the ball behind the door and the kid and his family came to my house and the kid was very nice and wrote me a note to thanks.
On November 25, 2018, Mr. Erp young son told his friends ignore me when I asked them do not come to my property to pick up the balls.
I had to remove my plants from front of my house because of Harmony Rule that does not exist.

Mr Tobin Erp came close to our house and stay on the sidewalk start his systematic harassing & insulting me and my wife later on. He has been warned by the constables not to trespass our house.
The sidewalk is for walking, riding bike, walking with the dog, and moving not to stand there and insult and harass the neighbor.

I was sitting at rear porch and I saw the ball hit the tree and fail and Erp dogs were barking. Mr. Tobin Erp told me if he knew about the ball problems We would never get the balls. (Joke)
