Our USPS delivered my wife package (religious Christian books) to another neighbor and she was very nice and kind to deliver it to us. Thanks a lot!
We have internal and external theft problems with the USPS and they have got a new delivery person and it would take a long time for him or her to minimize mistake of delivering packages.
If I want my death certificate to be mailed to me I would do my best not to use USPS.
The USPS was used to be the best now it is Generation Z entity.
