I went to this Starbucks on Monday and they had sugar and splendor behind the counter not the public area.
I asked the supervisor please move sugar and splendor to the public area and she said we have them behind counter.
I took these pictures on Wednesday and they moved them to the public area.

This is the second Starbucks that has combination lock for the customer & must be removed.
