Why are polling always 48 and tied?

White Wolf and Black Sheep are running to be the president of wild animals and pet of USA.

Based on the polling both are 48% tie.

When the election was over the sheep was missed and we did not see the wolf anymore.

People have become rich by doing polling and have bought expensive houses for last few weeks.

We do not have polling in Modern Socialist America.
