One specific Starbucks employee reads my order and give my order wrong weeks after weeks.
Sometime I go talk to other employees who take my order correctly to care of my problem.
I wanted water with no ice in plastic but the employee gives me ice & water in a glass and I forgot to take the picture of glass with ice so ice melted.
She brought a cup of water with ICE again in a plastic.
It bothers them the new CEO has ordered to move splendors and etc. to public area so customers can access to it because of my one year continues complain to corporate and posting problems on social media.
