Today I was overcharged by a Starbucks employee $6.83 for refill my coffee and a little bit steam soy milk.
She removed $2.65 and she could not refund my money so the shift manager came to help her. I had to sign in order to get my total refund.
She said she works at evening because this is the second time I saw her in the morning.
She goes to Arizona State University Online (ASU) and her tuition is paid by Starbucks. ASU has more than 140,000 students.
If I had a company I would never hire somebody from online schools.
They are good employees for online works and from home.
