Even I passed Calculus-I course with ‘C’ grade and I got 87 on my final exam but passing was very tough for me last semester. I graded myself and it was ‘F’ on Calculus-I.
I was weak on Trigonometry so I am taking this semester. I have to get ‘C’ grade without taking final exam that is %25 of the grade.
I will take only Calculus-I & other core basic courses again at University of Houston or Lone Start College (distance as backup plan) after passing the differential equation at Lone Star College next year.
Learning is continuous and we must never stop studying and learning and I love mathematic now and I did not like it before.
If you go to school please learn College Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, and Statistic very well and forget about grade. Grades would not help you in real life.
These course will make you sharp and smart on real life
Other math courses are for science and engineering and some business majors.
I am studying Differential Equation everyday now and it is kicking my ass and I will take this class next year.
Learning is strategic like eating, walking, going to the restroom, and etc. but not tactics.
