Today I was the first customer in In-N-Out Burger again.
The shift manager had an interview with the applicant and I tracked their interview timing and it was close to 3 minutes.
It is usually done by one shift manager and sometime with two shift managers.
Five shift managers and one store manager have come from California to run the store and are very smart and work hard and expect employees to perform well.
In-N-Out must have very good training for shift & store managers in California.
I have been happy with them in the morning and it is very clean but the night shift is another story.
