Today, I called again for the second time the Starbucks Customer service if the customer can do makeup on the table?

In-N-Out Burger is a total useless on the above problem and said the customer can do because of First Comes and First Serves Rule but Starbucks is smart and does not want to answer my question.

We do not need to make laws or rules like not smoking for the store for makeup and changing baby diapers.
