Houston Community College has changed his name to Houston City College.

First I was an international student then I went there to complain I am out of state student now.
I need to get my documents and go to HCC again and to prove that I have lived in Texas more than 12 months in order to be in state.
I have to go there one more time to prove that I live in district.

In-District (3 semester hours): $259.
Out-District (3 Semester hours): $432.
Out-of-State (3 semester hours): $687.
I am taking Deep Learning course with a female instructor that was not born in the USA and her accent is worst than mine and her knowledge is bad too. It is not my fault when I registered the course instructor name was staff and now it has name and I cannot pronounce it.
It is a jokes HCC is offering a lot of courses in AI, Machine Learning, and other garbage Smart and Dumb systems but HCC is not using it for his system. Palantir Technologies is the most advanced software company in the world and is used by our department defense. Plantires can do data mining on me and know me better than myself and can even predict my move.
If we have Biden and Trump as our presidents and we are used to them then we can used to any unqualified teachers, doctors, constable, nurses Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and etc.
I recommend Lone Star College System instead of HCC because LSC is superior to HCC.
America was not like this my uncle has blue eyes and blond and got a Mechanical Engineering degree from LSU in 1954 and he could not get a gas station job and came home.
