It is against the law to ask somebody “Where is he or she is from?” during interview.
If I were a Christian or Socialist person I would be very racist or uneducated to ask somebody where is she or he from in normal life? Let the person talks his or her life as his or her pace.

I have felt discriminations since I was a kid and I will never ask people the following questions:
- Where are you from?
- What do you do for living?
- What is your religion?
- What language do you speak?

We must treat each other like equal human not a child man, or woman becuase we are equal in the eyes of Jesus or Socialism system.
Men and women are equal 100% in every category except a private part.
