After purchasing park I fire half of workers and I installed 12 feet or 3.50 meters wall around the public park and with only one entrance and exit.
Certain part of park is still free to people but in order to access better section you must pay at least $8 monthly (subscription) and we need to verify you the same time. Company and organization can pay upto $1000 to use a lot pure private stuff.
If I do not like you what you write on the my public park X social media I can suspend you for life without any reason?
