Corruption undermines any system, whether it is slavery, feudalism, capitalism, or socialism.

Robyn Denholm is the chair of Tesla’s board of directors. Last year, she sold nearly $98 million worth of Tesla stock, following previous years’ sales.

Board members receive salaries of approximately $500,000 and attend about four regular days and several emergency meetings each year.

The main concern is that Tesla board members may be acting unethically by receiving and selling company stock during the firm’s current challenges. This raises questions about their alignment with Tesla’s interests and whether such practices are appropriate in times of company difficulties.

These concerns are heightened by the competitive pressure Tesla faces from a few American electric car companies that produce high-quality vehicles, although these are often more expensive and struggle to compete with BYD.
