My main complaint is that the individual’s actions—bringing a Segway inside, behaving disruptively, and placing toys on customers’ tables—caused health violations and discomfort for others.
He put children’s toys on tables and allowed them to touch patrons’ food, which disturbed some customers. Instead of stopping, he moved the toys to other tables.
I reported the incident to the manager, but nothing happened. I was uncomfortable confronting him unless he repeated his behavior, which he did. I told him outside that I would notify authorities if he continued, and he left.
This behavior violates Houston Health Department rules and disrupts customers, which is the core of my complaint.
We must defend our own rights and those of others. I request that the store create and enforce clear policies to prevent future disturbances. This is my main concern.
