Electrical cars companies have bad future in the USA.

Rivian builds very nice electric vehicles, but economic pressures, the end of tax credits, and slow demand have forced Rivian to continue laying off salaried employees now, and they may lay off manufacturing workers later.

American electric car companies are at risk of bankruptcy unless they adopt new battery technology, lower prices, and improve public education about electric vehicles. Some people struggle to adapt to electric cars, just as they did with computers.

Building on these challenges, I think society needs electric buses and fast trains, like those in China, as alternatives to private cars. However, I believe replacing private cars with public transit will remain unlikely due to systemic corruption, which prevents effective change.
