Olis Bahari’s experience: How to fight back against COVID-19

1.  Drink a fluid of water.

2.  Eat fresh apples and other fruit.

3.  Take vitamin C, Zinc, and D.

4.  Eat chicken soup to help with hydration and soothe your throat.

5.  Rest as much as you can.

6.  Use mouthwash.

7. Take a walk outside and enjoy nature for 10 to 15 minutes.

8.  Take a warm shower at least twice a day to relieve nose congestion.

9.  Be active regularly, as exercise supports our ability to fight the disease.

10. We will lose weight during COVID-19 because we will not feel like eating.

11. Follow CDC COVID-19 safety procedures: wear a mask, maintain social distance, and practice hand hygiene to protect others.

12. Work to relieve congestion, understanding it takes time.
