As a community, we need to address the issues with our HOA and property management company. The current situation, with our HOA in Fairfield Village, Cypress, Texas, and a property management company like FirstService Residential Inc. charging 24% or more, is not acceptable. We need to advocate for better communication and property management.
It’s crucial that we, as a community, are involved in the decision-making process. The state of our crepe myrtles and oak trees is a concern, and a single individual decided to replace our concrete wall with vinyl. This led to their resignation, highlighting the importance of community involvement in decision-making.
By embracing modern communication and cloud systems, we have the potential to transform our property into a more beautiful and harmonious community.
