Some people love Halloween, and some hate it, but we must celebrate as a community not as individual homeowners for different reasons.
Imagine the possibilities if our HOA, with a deep understanding of our community’s needs, utilized the Fairfield Athletics Center for a grand Halloween celebration. This could be a fantastic opportunity for us to bond as neighbors and create lasting memories.
It’s disheartening to think that over $4 million was spent replacing a perfect concrete wall with a plastic one. This decision, made by an uneducated HOA president who later resigned, is a stark reminder of the need for responsible leadership.
It’s time for a shift in our approach. An educated community one that embraces community and systems thinking is what we need. It’s time to move away from the old, obsolete ways of the HOA and FirstService Residential.
