Today (Dec 12, 2025), I called Constable Percent 4 Open Record, department, and they asked me to provide more information about my open record.
We had two accidents at the same time at Fairfield Town Center, so I responded to their email with this text.
“The incident happened in front of Chick-fil-A at 4:30 PM today, December 4, 2025, in Fairfield Town Center.”
I started this task, finished the open record, and my task is complete.
We must learn to complete tasks; otherwise, we must conduct post-mortem analyses to understand why we did not.
