Today I went to Lone Star College University Park, paid my tuition, and appreciated their counseling and business office, which showed some areas of strength.
Even Lone Star College CyFair, the largest, has the worst service, with long wait times and unhelpful staff that frustrate students and erode trust.
We need to terminate the president, the students’ success director, and the Dean of Math and Science at CyFair for their repeated failures to improve student outcomes and address ongoing issues.
