Now I have a hard time finishing a chapter in 30 minutes, but 1 hour is OK, and 30 minutes is best for studying a chapter or topic because it maintains focus without fatigue, taking 10 minutes.

We run three or four times per week. We will have a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 16 runs per month, but we cannot run all of those runs on a single day. Studying, training, life, marriage, work, and friendship are like running; consistent effort builds strength and resilience over time.
