Mr. Luke Tollett works for the Law Firm Holt & Young, P.C. and when the company sends letters to Fairfield Village residents the firm is paid by Fairfield residents.
He has sent two register letters to me:
- Trespassing Letter Initiated by First Service Residential.
- Shutdown this Webpage Letter Initiated by the First Service Residential.
He got his law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston. (Private college and the cost is $90,000 for the degree)
Do you understand the First Amendment? Yes for yourself and no for me.
All attorneys in my case have got their law degree from the South Texas College of Law Houston (Amazing School).

You may obtain the Association financial information on its website. The Association and its management company decline, and are not obligated to, meet with you to explain anything to you. If you do not like that answer, then kindly have your lawyer contact me and I will explain it to them too.
You cannot meet with any FirstService staff, nor can you visit their office, in accordance with our correspondence to you of February 2016. This is because of the hostile and threatening approach you took with their staff in the past. If, after reviewing financial information online, you have questions about the financials, you may email those questions to management, but there will be no meeting and no further discussion about any meeting.
Again, if you have a problem with this reply, then you can handle it through my office with an attorney of your own.
