I went to the church that includes the constable office (station 6) and I wanted to talk to somebody who wrote the initial report and Denis came to talk to me but Lance Roger was screaming at him not to allow me to come inside. I showed him the trespassing letter and I asked him can I go to the Gym and he said to me that is OK and but I cannot to go the rental office (I own one share of this office) and it is part of gym. I though the case is closed but I found out later on because of ??? these people are working so hard to accuses me a terrorist.
One of constable asked me what I do for leaving and another constable told me to be careful, and third one told me that I said Jennifer Sailor that I do not like America. All these offices were outside.
I learned a lot that Day and I would never forget it.

Supplement to case: Deputy S. Dennis-04548/Unit #84805 Harris County Pct.4 Constable`s Office Westside Patrol On 02072016, at approximately 1400 hours, I was contacted by Sgt. J. Whitely, unit #84138, to contact US Homeland Security in reference to this suspect.
At approximately 0805 hours on 02082016, I contacted US Homeland Security and was transferred to the JCIC, Joint Crime Information Center, where I left a message for Analyst Massimo Pernice. I received a telephone call back from Massimo at approximately 0915 hours. I advised Massimo of the incident and gave him the suspect information and he advised that they would look into it and advise me to their findings at a later date. I supplied Massimo with my cellphone number as well as my county email. At approximately 1010 hours, I received a telephone call from Special Agent Gregory, from the Houston Office of Homeland Security. I gave Gregory the information on this case and he advised that he will submit a report and the information to the JTTF, Joint Terrorism Task Force, and they will follow up on it. End supplement. At approximately 0600 hours, 02092016, suspect came to Station 6 and showed be the trespass letter that he had received from the HOA. He asked if the letter meant that he could not use the Fairfield Athletic Center since it was in the same building as the HOA office. I had been advised by JoAnn, the HOA Manager, on 02082016, that he was only not allowed to be at the HOA office and he could use the athletic center as long he did not create a disturbance. I explained to suspect what JoAnn had explained to me. He appeared to be satisfied with this and left the station.
At approximately 0835 hours, 02092016, I met with Jennifer Sailor, works for FirstResidential Management-The Fairfield HOA Management Company, who advised that the suspect, suspect, had been served with a Criminal Trespass Warning from their attorney. Jennifer emailed me a copy of the trespass letter and photos showing the letter attached to suspect`s door. They also sent the letter to suspect Registered Mail as well as First Class Mail. Supplement to case: Deputy S. Dennis-04548/Unit #84805 Harris County Pct.4 Constable`s Office Westside Patrol On 03132016, I received an email from Desiree Lyles-Special Agent TXDPS-CID Intelligence and Counterterrorism Division, in reference to she had further information in this case. I sent her an email back with my cellphone number and she called me at approximately 0900 hours on this date. Special Agent Lyles advised that she had been contacted by suspect wanting her to complete a report on the incident with the HOA. Lyles advised that she could assist him with that. Later, he sent her an email with a copy of the contract between Pct.4 and the Fairfield HOA and asking her what was our responsibility to the HOA. Lyles asked what we did for the HOA and I advised her that we only enforce state law and traffic law in the area and that we do not enforce with any HOA Deed Restrictions or Regulations. Lyles stated that she advised suspect again that she could not help him with that matter either. Lyles advised that when she returns to her office on Monday, she will forward me the email that she received from suspect. Lyles advised that she does not know what suspect is doing but, she has placed him on the Guardian List. Lyles advised that she wanted to keep us in the loop as to what suspect is doing. When Mr. S. Denis was not successful in his accusation task against me after three months he told me in the front of FAC he told me that I should focus on Griffith Guy that is main source accusation against me not him. If I did something wrong in rented First Service Office why you were working so hard in the FAC to accuse me of something?
Mr. S. Dennis told one of the FAC employee in the morning that I am a nut and I was sitting on the bench closed to the front desk and listening.
