He works for the FirstService Residential and accused me as a terrorist in 2016 and
used all tax payers resources to check my background and put me in the jail.
He worked so hard not to allow me to use the FAC or the Fairfield Village gym because he was using it illegally.
The director of FAC, Darlene Sedelmyer must be fired from her current position because she was using her employees against me. (Open Record is a proof)
I have seen a lot of crooked, greedy, and con-artist people in my life and I recognized him in the meeting when we were arguing to use either solar or
electrical for the Fairfield Village sign. The FirstService is wasting money and nobody cares about it. They paid $10,000 for a solar system but they did not
want to use electrical because it was 300 feet away. I told them buy the parts and I will do it free. They aid no.
He needs to pay $5 for each use and he does not live in the Fairfield. The Fairfield Village reminds me a third world country the way is managed.
If you are a board member you should not have a position in making money from the residents
like Darlene Sedelmyer who is the Fairfield Athletic Center Director, the HOA board member and the president. Funny!
If you use system thinking and study the Fairfield Village and its system, you would never live here.
Mr. Griffith Guy does not work for the First Service Residential anymore.
He was using the FAC exercise equipment illegally and did not want me to go the FAC to see him by accident.
I removed all plants and I asked the HOA for the rule of planting in the front of house and the HOA does not have any rule and even typical example to start. The person who approves and rejects started her job as entry level with the AMI Inc. (Now FirstService Residential inc.)

The business sits on the west side of the roadway facing north. The actual scene took place inside of the home owners association of First Service Residential. NARRATIVE: On February 5, 2016 I, Deputy S Sanchez, was dispatched to the home owners association, First Service Residential is located at 16055 Mason Rd, Cypress, Harris County, Texas. Upon arrival I met with the complainant who was identified as Guy Griffith.
Mr Griffith explained the following: A resident of the Fairfield community, the suspect, who resides at 207235 S Blue Hyacinth Dr, Cypress, Texas, received a letter in reference to violating the deed restrictions. The suspect had removed the grass in the front yard and planted a garden and the suspect did not submit the paper work to HOA for approval. the suspect became upset over the letter then submitted the paperwork. However the paperwork submitted was declined and the HOA informed the suspect he was in violation of the deed restrictions and the problem needed to be corrected. the suspect has become very upset and has come to the HOA numerous times yelling and screaming.
One day the suspect came to the HOA 6 times.
The suspect has also gone into the Fairfield Athletic Center which is located at the same location as the HOA. According to the employees at the Athletic Center the suspect would come in ranting about the HOA and how he hated Americans, Americans are lazy and ignorant people and how he was going to destroy the HOA. the suspect lifted his shirt exposing his torso which had a heart monitor strapped on. The employees at the Fairfield Athletic Center have become very uncomfortable and scared of the suspect. I was unable to talk to the employees at the Fairfield Athletic Center.
On February 5, 2016 Mr suspect entered the Fairfield HOA very upset. Mr suspect mention ISIS to Mr Griffith and stated he was willing to die for the cause. Mr suspect also to Mr Griffith that he hated Americans. Mr suspect then began to curse and use profanity at which time Mr Griffith told Mr suspect to leave. Mr suspect did leave. Mr Griffith stated from time to time they, the Fairfield HOA, does have an irate home owner enter the office.
However, the comments and the cursing from the suspect made Mr Griffith very uncomfortable and concerned. Mr Griffith stated at this time he wanted the incident to be reported and documented due to the constant harassment from the suspect.
Mr Griffith also provided me statements from employees from the Fairfield Athletic Center who are also concerned after encountering the suspect. Mr Griffith stated he would have to take this issue before the board and the HOA legal department and would contact me afterwards. No further information End report

Desiree Lyles came to my house at Fairfield Cypress, Texas around 4:00 PM last week (February 2016) and knocked the door and I opened the door and she showed her badge that she works as the CID Intelligence and counter-terrorism. She asked me if I went to FirstService Residential office that is part of Gym that I use for exercise and told Mr. Guy Ernie Griffith that I am a member of ISIS group and I would do this and that to him. I told her that I have never said that. I asked him the meeting date, 2016 budget, and management charging rate. I have never got this information from him so I had to call the corporate office in Sugar Land to get some of the information. They do not have any rules about planting in the front of house, private property sign, and weather station, and etc. They want you to send an application for approval and rejection on a property sign or weather station. They have rejected my two applications the first planting because it is not in the harmony with the community. She told me that her investigation about me is concluded and I have sent her two emails why I am accused of being a member of ISIS. She refers me to the constable department.
I was wonder why the constable, property management, and gym management work so hard that I would not be able to use the gym. Two constables were working so hard but the gym management decided not to have trespass charge on me. If I have a problem with the Kroger store and and you cannot go to the Kroger store anymore it does not mean the Kroger has to work so hard to convince HEB to do the same thing on you. The Fairfield Athletics and First Service are two different entities. I found out few months ago that Mr Guy Ernie is using the gym after 4:00 pm illegally because he does not live in Fairfield and does not pay $5 for each visit.
Darlene Sedelmyer is the director of gym and the board member and works directly with the FirstService Residential.
On March 1, 2016 I received a letter from the Constable Office of Harris County, Precinct 4 that I cannot get the complete report because of the following Law Codes:
On March 2, 2016 I called the Texas Attorney General for being an accused ISIS member and I need the complete incident report. They were very nice to me and I have very high respect for them so far. They have not received anything from the Constable Precinct 4 about my open record incident. I will get a letter about my open record incident very soon.

We are going to make a short documentary movie “FirstService Residential accused a homeowner an ISIS member” about this incident so the property management companies will never do this to anybody else in the future.
The FirstService Residential has decided that the accused ISIS plants must be removed because it is not in the harmony with the community. The accused ISIS has removed all plants and he has meeting with the Fairfield home association board on March 8, 2016 in the FirstService Residential office that is a part of Fairfield Athletic Club that can be arrested because of the trespassing (Trespassing Letter Initiated by Guy Ernie Griffith). I did not go to the board meeting on March 8, 2016 at 6:00 pm because of trespassing letter from the FirstService Residnetial attorney.
I sent an email to the FirstService Residential to get the rules to plants the roses in the front of the house.
I received a letter from The Office of Vince Ryan County Attorney by Sarah Ibrahim that they want the Attorney General of Texas (Honorable Ken Paxton) not to to release the complete incident report.

On 5-18-2016, I called Sergent Christian Nicholson (Constable Precint 4) when my criminal investigation will be over and send his email so I can communicate with him with email in the future. He told me the Texas Department of Public Safety has not completed its investigation. I told him that the criminal investigation is completed.

The case has been closed because and the constables department told me that I am a good person. Please do your homework before accusing somebody.
On November 26, 2018, I sent my complaint about Fairfield Village system to ALCU.
One of Fairfield homeowners spent about $200,000 against the FirstService Residential and Fairfield Board in order to build a swimming pool. He has the best house, best IP65 TVs, the generator, and etc. He is an attorney too. Another owner spend a lot money on attorneys fee and finally he sold his house and bought a ranch.
Guy Ernie Griffith is no longer with the FirstService Residential of Houston.
