We are wonder who is responsible to educate these middle school students to understand the real life situation like the property laws, trespassing laws, and street law, and their safety and driver safety:

- Law Enforcement
- Drivers
- Churches
- Harris County Appraisal District
- Harris County District Attorney
- …
The schools must have obsolete and useless curriculum at school so these kids have so much free time to play on the street.
A good educational system requires four good sub-systems in order to produce good students.
1. Good school.
2. Dedicated teacher
3. Dedicated student with work ethics
4. Dedicated Family
The option 1. (Good School) is the least important of all sub-systems.

Most of the kids do not live in our street and are playing on the street without supervision.
The kids play on the street in the third world country because they do not have facility but we have facilities in the Fairfield Village.

The kids from other street threw two brooms on the roof, brought the ladder and did not know how to use it, and start throwing balls on the roof to bring broom down.
I asked the house owner son permission to help them and he gave me permission (no trespassing) after one minutes my task was completed.
