After second email to FairstService Resident for FAC budget I received the following email:

The FAC doesn’t have a separate budget – it’s included in the Fairfield Village budget.

Even a third country property management has an independent budget for the FAC
but the FirstService Residential does not have it and add it to general budget.
I created an excel file based on info I got from Fairfield Village general budget.
I do not see water and electricity on HOA budget so I sent an email to the FirstService Residential Inc.
In accounting and finance when we do budget we need to add actual at the end of project to measure performance and etc.
