As a system thinker I would look around and around until I find the weakest link then I work on it.
Our In-N-Out has a lot of problems now and they did not have when they started months ago.
In-N-Out has coffee as part of their menu and their menu is simple and they cannot serve fresh coffee in morning, afternoon, and night.
Last night, 11-19-2025, I ordered a cup coffee and it did not take one minute I got a warm and old coffee.
I asked them to refill fresh coffee from 5+ different employees but they brought different excuse not to serve me.
After waiting 1 hour 15 minutes I gave up and I left.
In-N-Out Burger loves to sell customers French fries and drink.
They are cleaning now but they would not clean the place at night before.
Their employees from California are perfect and I like them a lot but local employees and most of them are new are useless to me. (Generation Z)
Very soon I will write a report about going to First Watch that is the best in our Fairfield and It would cost me $10 for few cups of coffee ($5 for tip & $5 for coffee)
