I was in HOA board meeting at 9:00 AM Today. I asked the board is there is term limit because they have been on the board more than 10 years and they could not answer and they said there is no volunteer?
We need to have all HOA transactions and etc. online and board members or residents can approve or disapprove project online.
The HOA board members are obsolete and their meeting is obsolete too.
With transparency we have true democratic but these people are old, obsolete and power hungry.
I have never seen an uneducated, zero class, & racist entity like Fairfield Village in my life but I will continue educating this entity and I hope one day we will have a good and an educated community.
