This is the picture of our main HOA board and board members have been on the board more than 10 years. Term limit is against their religion, culture, & pride.
The Modern HOA is cloud-based or online and makes any HOA obsolete.
Residents can vote on all projects from minimum amount & up and property management can take of the rest.
All income and expense would be on cloud for transparency and all voting system is public and transparent.
Property management can focus all violation, educating residents, and etc.
If we were an educated community or commune property management could be gone too.
A lot of residents do not like me because I fight a better community and they like to violate not HOA rule or legal and constitutional laws and they were born in the USA too.
