My In-N-Out Burger order salt is less than 200 mg because of meat and nothing else but nutrition says it is 610 mg with their added salt.

This is my order from In-N-Out Burger:

1. Hamburger
2. No Cheese
3. No Salt
4. No Spread
5. No Opinion
6. Extra Lettuce
7. Extra Tomato
8. A Cup of Water

Total calories is less than 300 grams.

They do not add salt for my order but nutrition includes total salt of 610 for my order that is not correct because we do not know how much salt are used for a normal hamburger?
