At least 10 people were killed and at least 35 people were injured in New Orlean because somebody hit them with a pickup truck.
If I were the mayor of New Orlean I would close all Bourbon streets to all transportation during business time or busy time. Other cities around the world must study and learn from this incident.
We are sorry for all innocent people were killed and injured and their families by a super bad person who is zero class, uneducated, racist, and anti humanity and life.
