Last year one of Starbucks employee screamed at me why did I take two bags of splendor without her permission when other customers could take?

I called the Starbucks customer service and they were nice but zero class, uneducated, and racist manager Tomy could not solve the problem in his store and was terminated after few months for unknown reasons.

Tommy is trying to come back and good luck on him.

The new CEO ordered to move all sugar & splendor from behind counter to public area.

I have no respect for this Starbucks employees, shift managers, old store managers, and district supervisor.

The old CEO drinks only tea and he is the leader number of coffee stores in the world and he was finally fired because he has no vision and empathy when customers are right.

The new CEO is OK and I wish him the best.
