It has taken more than few months for HCC to accept me officially as a students after they accepted my transcript from University of Houston. I have registered for a AI course or Deep Learning course for fall.
I do not want to pay y tution fee until my residency status is correct.
First my status was an International Student then I had to go to there to change it but they change it to out of state.
Today or July 24, I went with my Harris County Appraisal District property document and I live in that address more than one year.
I took voting register card but they did not accept it because it was expired our registration would not b expired as normal condition as long as voting registration card matches with driver license.
Crystal Loaon was in charge of the front desk and she did not want to search google or secretary state web page to check there is no expiration date for the voting card at normal condition even the card has an expiration date.
Then I went to College Operation office and I talked to Karen Collins. She was total useless to me and repeated what Crystal Loaon said. Critical thinking and problem solving are not bone, blood, and spirit of HCC.
Houston Community College students enrollment have been decreased and Lone Star College enrollment have been increased and hope you would know why?
Houston Community College (HCC) has changed their name to Houston College City (HCC) to see new students show up.
We are going to give this letter to Dr. Ford Fisher the chancellor of HCC and she is good and I hope she takes care of the system problem and my problem.
The school is teaching data science, advance networking, artificial intelligent, and etc. and they do not know if I am a foreign, out of state, out of district, or in district student and that is very bad.
