It did not take two days for HCC to accept me as a new students after I applied. I was very impressed and was very happy and I gave HCC ‘A’ grade.
It took almost two months for HCC to look and check my transcript from University of Houston and that is too long for somebody is a non-degree major. I gave HCC ‘C’ grade.
I was accepted as an international student and I complained to HCC changed it to out of state tuition.
I took my four set of document and HCC did not accept the first one because my voting registration was expired (as long as we do not move it is OK. The person and her supervisor did not check others.
I took one AI class Deep Learning for fall 2025 semester and I can teach the class if I want to. When I registered the instructor name was ‘staff’ then it was changed to real name and I do not consider her as a qualified person.
I dropped the class so I can go directly to HCC leadership either take care of my out of state status to Texas state statue. I will take one class in spring if my state status problem is solved.

I will go to HCC central that is close to downtown directly the leadership to take care of my problem with this post as a letter.
I gave HCC ‘F’ grade now but HCC leadership can change it to a better grade.
