HCC board of director approved 74 million dollars for this building in Kathy and one of board director talked to Houston Chronicle about corruption,
Inside of building is nice and clean but all grass and landscaping in outside is in very bad shape.
HCC Kathy is not doing well because of Lone Star College.
It is sad story for our country and community to have low quality and bad people who are running this school from top to bottom.
