Capitalism terminates you because you do not train a new employee so you are accused of being not a team player and you would be terminated.
Today in our statistic class no student male or female was sitting on my round table and I proved to my instructor it is not me that I am not a team players the students are racist toward me because I am different than them and I ask a lot of questions from the teacher and challenge teach technically and students do not know how to answer the teacher questions.
It is OK to answer to the instructor it even it is wrong because we all learn from each other mistakes.
