Dear God,
Thank you for giving me the ability to question established norms. My main argument is that flaws in global leadership—especially ethical shortcomings—are not isolated. Instead, they signal deeper, systemic problems that threaten the quality of leadership worldwide. Questioning norms helps me identify these risks, especially when those with questionable motives assume power.
When I examine these risks, I realize flaws in world leaders reflect broader human problems. This suggests that leadership failures often stem from the system, not just from individuals.
Though I have not met your son, I hope he will show the ethical qualities I value. These qualities are often lacking in current leadership, including that of the present Ukrainian leader. My concerns about Ukraine’s direction further support my call for systemic reform in global leadership.
To me, the President of Ukraine follows a traditional leadership model. This model could benefit from reform. Noticing this deepens my conviction that significant changes are needed to address the systemic leadership issues I described.

Olis Bahari
