Protecting student record confidentiality under FERPA is essential. Of all the instructors I encountered, only Professor Shawn Smith at Lone Star College Cy-Fair consistently upheld these regulations.
Through my research, I have identified challenges instructors face with FERPA compliance. For example, teacher Luis David Molina allegedly organized a group of students against me during Summer-I, highlighting such challenges, and Luis David Molina accused me of being a registered sex offender.
To address these issues fairly, I am obtaining records through legal channels. I am sharing all relevant information transparently on my dedicated social media.
I urge everyone working in schools to strictly adhere to all FERPA guidelines to protect student privacy and foster trust.
