Next semester, I plan to visit another site or use a round robin to explore various campuses and learn more.

I was in Lone Star College CyFair for Fall 2024, Spring 2025, Summer I 2025, and Summer II 2025.

Most campus buildings at Lone Star College CyFair were built within the past eight years. The academic and student services buildings feature glass exteriors and spacious common areas with natural lighting. The buildings’ interiors are up-to-date and tidy. However, the outdoor spaces near entrances and walkways are less well-maintained, with some grassy areas and plant beds looking sparse or bare.

Most staff members I interacted with did not address student concerns promptly or clearly. For example, when I asked for help with registration at the main office, staff redirected me to multiple departments without resolving my question, which led to frustration. The process also suffered from unclear communication about who the designated point of contact for support was, making it difficult to find appropriate help.

At a different campus location, however, one employee actively listened to my concern about course scheduling, communicated the solution effectively, and resolved the issue efficiently.

I visited my current school three times, and on each occasion, the campus leader greeted me personally, showing genuine care for students.

Next semester, I plan to visit another site or use a round robin to explore various campuses and learn more.

The president of my current campus bought pizza and fruit for all students, and I enjoyed the fruit with a free drink outside. President, thank you a lot. I expressed this to him personally.

If I had the authority, I would recommend considering new leadership for the president of CyFair, with the goal of bringing in someone who demonstrates the same supportive qualities I have appreciated in other staff members. This would help continue and strengthen the positive atmosphere I value across all campuses.
