Error on taking my order at Chick-Fil-A!

Today, we had a new cashier, and I found it challenging to understand her accent. This led to a misunderstanding in my order, resulting in an attempt to overcharge me. Despite my order being a simple one, she included items that I did not request.

Fortunately, a co-worker stepped in and helped to rectify the order and the total price, demonstrating the value of teamwork in such situations.

I cannot understand how the store prepared my food without any payment from me. I did not see it, but they removed cheese and egg from the order.

If you own a business, I urge you to provide thorough training to your employees to minimize errors in any part of the business, ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
