Gen Z is often perceived as the worst generation to work with at schools, work, and the real world.

Gen Z has the following main attributes:

1. Lack of work ethic.
2. Lack of discipline.
3. Do not know how to dress for work.
4. Poor attendance.
5. Lack of motivation
6. Lack of communication skills.
7. Very lazy.
8. Get mad quickly.
9. Emotionally very weak.

Their mother is the main person who could not educate them during the first six years of their lives.

If we want to compete with China and not to bring uneducated people to our country with H-1B visas, then we need to fix Gen Z problems asap.
