HOA are total useless in the USA.

This is our main Fairfield Village HOA board meeting picture, highlighting concerns about long-term members and the lack of term limits, which fuels our call for community independence and for qualified members.

A truly educated community can thrive without an HOA by adopting a cloud-based voting system that empowers residents to make decisions directly.

My challenging experience with HOA and Firstservice Residential, including having to call the constable to pay my HOA fee, shows how HOA control can be problematic and unnecessary.

They did not want me to go to the HOA meeting for various reasons, and I do not know what they were, but it did not work out well.

We must come together as a community and stay informed to challenge all HOAs in the USA. Our collective strength can lead to meaningful change, emphasizing our shared interests over corporate rules.

We have 5,200 houses in Fairfield Village:
Total HOA Fee Income = $5,200,000
Epense on Constabels = $1,000,000
Expense on First Service Residential = $1,200,000

I do not have one follower from Fairfield Village, and that is a sad story.
