On the day of our final exams last semester, the instructor scheduled the Linear Algebra final before the Calculus I final.
I said hi to a classmate who had insulted my mother in class, and he told me not to speak so loudly in the hall. I explained that the door to our class was open. I apologized and moved to a farther area.
When I finished my final exam, I said good luck to him before leaving the class.
I remained professional when he insulted my mother for leaving the class.
If he sees me again, he will come talk to me, but he will never apologize for insulting my mother in class, and I am OK with that.
